The beverage market has continued to grow and now includes convenient options that may provide added benefits to your health.
Our Better Choice Program can help identify smarter beverage options that best suit your needs. Our dietitians have evaluated the nutrient profiles of each drink category below and identified those that have fewer calories and less sodium or added sugar. While Better Choice criteria vary depending on the beverage, the shelf tag below the item will indicate the nutrients considered.
Let’s stroll down the aisle together and see what’s available.
