Turkey Bacon Avocado Toast

Turkey Bacon Avocado Toast

Total Time - 10 minutes (Makes 2 servings)

Ingredients

4 slices uncured turkey bacon
1 medium vine-ripened tomato
1 ripe Hass avocado
2 slices Bakery everything bread
1/2 teaspoon Bakery everything seasoning, divided

Steps

  1. Cook turkey bacon following package instructions.
  2. Cut tomato into 1/4-inch-thick slices, then cut each slice in half. Halve avocado and remove pit. Scoop out flesh from one-half avocado into small mixing bowl; mash until slightly chunky and easy to spread. Scoop out flesh from remaining one-half avocado and slice.
  3. Toast bread. Spread each bread slice with mashed avocado, then top with tomatoes, sliced avocados, and bacon. Sprinkle each slice with 1/4 teaspoon seasoning. Serve.

Chefs Tip

Spread mayonnaise on 2 toasted bread slices and top with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado to make a California-style BLT.

Steps

  1. Chop bacon (wash hands) and cook following package instructions.

4 Bakery French (or regular) hamburger buns
7 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
4 frozen turkey burger patties
4 slices pepper Jack cheese

Steps

  1. Cook bacon following package instructions. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium.
  2. Spread guacamole on top halves of buns. Combine sour cream and paprika; spread on bottom halves of buns.
  3. Grill turkey burgers following package instructions.
