Publix Aprons® Cooking School classes offer culinary adventures featuring professional chefs with a flair for fun. Learn how to prepare multicourse meals, design food pairings, and more. Or enjoy a night out at one of our cooking demonstrations and wine tasting events. Ready to sign up? Here’s the information you need to start cooking.
We’ve opened cooking schools in more than 10 cities. See a current list of our cooking school locations.
We offer many different food experiences, including hands-on cooking classes, virtual cooking classes with Aprons Cooking School Online, and private cooking classes that can be customized to suit your tastes. We also offer cooking classes for kids. See all our cooking classes.
Each cooking school customizes its class schedule monthly. Select the school nearest you for the current class schedule and descriptions.
You can also view a calendar of upcoming events in your Club Publix account. Simply log in and select My Cooking School.
Prices vary based on the style of the class and the menu offered. To see a list of all current classes and pricing, visit the Publix Aprons Cooking School page and select the location nearest you.
Visit the Publix Aprons Cooking School page and select the location nearest you to browse our upcoming events (powered by Eventbrite). Then select your preferred cooking class to register and pay online. Once you receive a confirmation email, you’re all set.

If you cannot locate your confirmation email, contact the cooking school holding the event to cancel. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of the class for a refund.

If there is room available in the cooking class, we’ll be happy to accommodate. Your guest can either make a reservation online and include a note that they’d like to sit with your party, or contact the cooking school holding your reservation.
We understand that sometimes things come up. If you miss a cooking class that you’ve already registered and paid for, contact the cooking school that held the event to discuss your options.

While some of our events are for culinarians age 21 and up, we do offer a wide variety of cooking classes and cooking camps for kids and teens as well as family cooking classes.
Yes. We offer private cooking classes, business meetings, team building events, and more, customized to your taste. View details and contact information on our Private Classes page.
Our kids’ classes and camps allow young chefs to meet new friends while creating their own culinary masterpieces. To foster that environment, we ask that you please do not attend your child’s cooking class, and instead drop off and pick up at the event start and end.
For those interested in a parent/child cooking experience, our Big and Little Chef classes are designed for a parent, guardian, or older sibling to enjoy time in the kitchen with their young chef. Visit your local Publix Aprons Cooking School class list to view upcoming Big and Little Chef events.
We ask that you please do not bring anyone who is not registered to your cooking class. Many of our classes are geared toward an adult evening out and include alcohol service. We invite you to view our variety of cooking camps and classes for kids and teens by visiting your local school’s class list.
Yes. Most of our evening classes for adults offer complimentary wine. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages, and we ask that you please drink responsibly. We do not offer alcohol at any of our Big and Little Chef or kids’ or teens’ classes.
No. We ask that you please do not bring any alcohol into the class. Our hosts for the evening will be happy to pour you a glass of wine, if available.
We aim to accommodate all dietary and allergen restrictions and preferences. If you have a special need, please note it in your online registration or contact your Publix Aprons Cooking School to discuss options.
No. Our classes are casual cooking sessions and are all about sharing new food experiences while raising your at-home culinary cred. Join our expert chefs for an entertaining evening and delicious food.
