E-receipts are digital images of store receipts that you can access anytime from your Publix app.

The ability to display and review e-receipts and their items is just one convenient benefit available to you as a Publix account holder. From your e-receipts item list, you can save items as favorites and add them to your shopping list. This will make future shopping lists even easier to create.

Tap the menu in the top left of the screen. Tap Settings and turn on Show E-Receipts Online. To receive receipts in your email, turn on Email Receipts.

Once you've opted in to receive e-receipts, simply enter your phone number on the PIN pad at checkout, so we know it's you.

No, only you can sign up. Tap the menu in the top left of the screen, then tap Settings to make your selections.

Once you're a Club Publix member, log in to your Club Publix account. Tap the menu at the top left of the screen, then tap Purchase history. Choose “Online orders” or “In-store” to view your preferred receipts.

If you choose to save your e-receipts online, the images are available immediately, and are kept for up to six months from the purchase dates. It can take up to 24 hours to receive an email of a receipt.

You can view e-receipt items (your purchase history) within 24-48 hours; they are stored for six months.

Tap the menu in the top left of the screen then tap Settings. In the Receipts area, turn the settings on or off to make desired changes.

E-receipts work just like paper receipts. At Publix, we always cheerfully refund the purchase price of an item when a customer isn’t fully satisfied. Simply show your e-receipt to a Customer Service associate and he or she will take care of the rest. You can show the e-receipt as an electronic version from your mobile device, or as a printed copy.

Not at this time. E-receipts are for in-store purchases only; simply enter your phone number on the PIN pad at checkout. E-receipts aren't available for purchases made online, including delivery and curbside.

Unfortunately, if your phone number is not entered into the PIN pad at checkout, we are unable to access your e-receipt preferences. We are unable to add e-receipts to your account after payment. However, the register will default to a paper receipt for you.

When entering your phone number on the PIN pad, please look for the words “Customer Accepted” on the checkout screen. This confirms your phone number has been entered.

If you don't want to keep a record of a particular purchase, simply don't enter your phone number at checkout. An e-receipt won't be saved to your account.

E-receipts allow you the ability to display, review, email, take a screenshot, and reprint your e-receipts at any time. You'll have no worries about misplacing a paper receipt.

There should be no changes as to how you use e-receipts with savings programs, but to be sure, we recommend checking with the savings program (third-party vendor) before you begin.
