A long growing season with plenty of summer heat enables Tennessee to grow a cornucopia of delicious fruits and vegetables. Our Tennessee produce includes pole beans, green beans, mini sweet peppers, yellow squash, zucchini, and tomatoes. The growing season varies and typically lasts from July through August. Meet one of our growers below.
Turley Farms
Rutledge, Tennessee is home to Turley Farms, which was established as a grower of Grainger tomatoes as early as the 1950s. Decades later, the farm is operated by the founder’s grandson, Randy, and continues to provide fresh, high-quality tomatoes.
Tanimura & Antle Family Farms
Tanimura & Antle grows hydroponic lettuce in Livingston, Tennessee year-round. Each head of greenhouse-grown butter lettuce is carefully harvested and packaged daily for ideal freshness and flavor.
