Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 oz gourmet mushroom blend
- 12 oz sliced portobello mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
Steps
- Place oil and butter in large sauté pan and melt on medium-high. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper; cook 2–3 minutes, stirring often or until the mushrooms begin to soften.
- Add thyme sprigs and cook 2–3 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
