Ingredients
- 2 oz rum
- 1 ½ oz cranberry juice
- 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
- 1 ½ oz orange juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- ½ oz lime juice
- Pineapple wedge (optional, for garnish)
Steps
- Fill Collins glass with ice; add all ingredients (except garnish).
- Stir well.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge, if desired.

Omit cranberry juice and increase cream of coconut to 3 oz. Place ingredients in blender with ice; blend until smooth.
Make it simpler.
Keep the rum and substitute cola for juices and cream of coconut; garnish with lime wedge.
