Ingredients
- 3 oz chilled Deli lemonade
- 2 oz chilled Deli unsweetened tea
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 Citrus-Herb Freezer Pop
- Mint or basil sprig (optional for garnish)
- Lemon wheel (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Pour lemonade into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Place tea and bourbon in ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well, then strain to float over lemonade.* Garnish with freezer pop, herb sprig, and lemon wheel, if desired.
* To float liquid, set spoon at a 45° angle, barely placed inside drink, with back of spoon facing away from drink. Pour liquid slowly onto back of spoon, letting it drizzle over surface of drink.
Chef's Tip: To make it a mocktail, substitute sparkling apple cider (or apple juice) for the bourbon.
