- Pour schnapps over strawberries, top with prosecco.

Substitute 1 oz limoncello for the peach schnapps. Blend limoncello, 2 frozen strawberries, and ¼ teaspoon fresh thyme until smooth. Pour mixture in a champagne flute and top with prosecco.
