Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon chunks, divided
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 4 oz lemon-lime soda
- Lime slice (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Chop watermelon into ½-inch cubes. Place ½ cup diced watermelon on a small baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Muddle remaining watermelon in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and cranberry juice; shake well.
- Place frozen watermelon cubes and ice into a Collins or pint glass; strain drink into glass and top with lemon-lime soda.
- Garnish with lime slice, if desired.
