Note: If you have a VoIP phone or a screening service on your phone, the phone verification won’t work.
Publix now requires customers to verify their phone numbers to ensure the number belongs to them.
If a user is able to successfully complete the verification process, and confirm that they are the rightful owner of a phone number, the phone number will be assigned to the new owner’s account and removed from previous accounts.
In order to update your phone number, please go to your profile settings. There you will be able to update any information that may have changed.
