Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 2 cans pinto beans (15–16 oz each)
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz) package diced fresh yellow onions
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon Complete seasoning
Steps
- Chop cilantro coarsely Combine all ingredients (except cilantro) in medium saucepan on medium; cook and stir 7–9 minutes until thoroughly heated.
- Remove pan from heat; stir in cilantro and serve. (Makes 6 servings.)
