Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans
- ¾ cup refried beans with green chilies
- ¼ cup tri-pepper mix (diced fresh green, red, and yellow bell peppers)
- ¼ cup diced frozen onions
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan (do not drain black beans); stir until well blended.
- Cover and cook on medium 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until boiling. Reduce to low; simmer 10–15 more minutes to blend flavors. Serve.
