Ingredients
- ¼ cup zesty Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 ½ cups frozen pepper stir-fry (sliced bell peppers and onions)
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 4 Bakery hoagie rolls
- ¼ cup mild banana pepper rings
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed beef broth
- 1 tablespoon dill relish
- 12 oz Deli sliced roast beef
Steps
- Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place dressing, garlic, stir-fry, and pepper in pan; cook 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
- Slice rolls horizontally three-quarters of the way through. Toast, if desired.
- Add pepper rings, broth, and relish to pan and bring to a boil. Separate beef slices and add to pan. Cover pan and remove from heat; let stand 3–5 minutes until 165°F.
- Fill rolls with beef mixture. Serve with liquid for dipping.
