Ingredients
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup sofrito
- 2 tablespoons sliced green olives
- 1 (5-gram) packet sazón with azafrán seasoning
- 2 (8.8 oz) pouches cooked long grain rice
- 1 (11 oz) package frozen ripe plantains
Steps
- Combine water, sofrito, olives, and sazón in medium saucepan. Stir in rice; cover and cook on medium 6–8 minutes until hot.
- Remove packaging from plantains; microwave on HIGH 3–3 ½ minutes until hot. Stir and serve over rice.
