Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 slices Publix Bakery White Mountain Bread
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 oz sliced smoked ham
- 4 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz sliced Havarti cheese
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
Steps
- Set butter out to soften. Spread 1 tablespoon butter on 1 side of each bread slice; arrange bread butter-side down on flat work surface. Spread ½ tablespoon mustard on 4 slices of bread; top evenly with ham and mozzarella.
- Divide Havarti and spinach evenly among remaining 4 bread slices; bring ham and spinach sides together, butter-side out.
- Preheat large, nonstick sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
