Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups fresh broccoli florets
- ½ Deli rotisserie chicken (2 cups)
- 1 cup presliced mushrooms
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 (12-oz) baked pizza crust
- 2 cups shredded Italian-blend cheese
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- Olive oil cooking spray
Prep
- Place oven rack in center of oven; then preheat to 425ºF.
- Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces; place in medium bowl.
- Remove chicken (breast meat) from bones and cut or tear into bite-size pieces; add to broccoli.
Steps
- Stir in mushrooms and Alfredo sauce.
- Place pizza crust on perforated pizza pan (for best results); spread chicken mixture evenly over crust to within ½ inch of edge. Spread both cheeses evenly over pizza; then sprinkle with basil, oregano, and garlic salt.
- Coat top of pizza lightly with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve.
