Ingredients
- 1 (750-ml) bottle prosecco, chilled
- 2 cups grape juice, chilled
- 1 cup whiskey
- ¼ cup Mint Simple Syrup (recipe below)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves and/or skewers of frozen red grapes
Steps
- Stir together in a punch bowl or large pitcher: prosecco, grape juice, whiskey, Mint Simple Syrup, and lime juice until blended.
- Garnish with fresh mint and/or skewers of fresh red grapes to serve. Serve chilled.
Pour ½ cup boiling water over ½ cup sugar in small bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in ¼ cup packed fresh mint leaves. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Strain mixture through a wire mesh sieve. Discard mint leaves. Makes ¾ cup.
