Ingredients
- 2 lb watermelon wedges
- 1 lime, for zest/juice
- 1 (5.3 oz) container reduced-fat coconut Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons toasted, shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon chili-lime seasoning (optional)
Steps
- Cut watermelon into 3-inch-long, ½-inch-thick sticks. Zest lime (1 teaspoon), then juice (1 tablespoon).
- Combine yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and coconut. Sprinkle chili-lime seasoning over watermelon, if using. Serve with yogurt dip.
