Ingredients
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 ripe Hass avocado
- 1 large ripe tomato
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 Deli white sub roll
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup lettuce shreds
- 1 tablespoon submarine dressing
- 1 cup Deli Volcano Roll Dip
- Parchment paper
Steps
- Cook bacon until crisp following package instructions.
- Halve avocado and scoop out flesh; slice avocado and tomato thinly, then season both evenly with salt and pepper. Toast sub roll if desired.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly inside roll. Build sandwich with avocado, lettuce, tomato, dressing, dip, and bacon. Wrap tightly in parchment paper, cut, and serve.
