Volcano Roll Dip Avocado BLTs

Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 ripe Hass avocado
  • 1 large ripe tomato
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 Deli white sub roll
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lettuce shreds
  • 1 tablespoon submarine dressing
  • 1 cup Deli Volcano Roll Dip
  • Parchment paper

Steps

    1. Cook bacon until crisp following package instructions.
    2. Halve avocado and scoop out flesh; slice avocado and tomato thinly, then season both evenly with salt and pepper. Toast sub roll if desired.
    3. Spread mayonnaise evenly inside roll. Build sandwich with avocado, lettuce, tomato, dressing, dip, and bacon. Wrap tightly in parchment paper, cut, and serve.
