Ingredients

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle non-alcoholic sparkling rosé
  • 5 limes
  • 8 tablespoons strawberry daiquiri mix
  • 8 fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Steps

    1. Place baking sheet in freezer and pour rosé into pan. Freeze 30 minutes or until icy. Juice 4 limes (about ¼ cup); thinly slice remaining lime.
    2. Break up rosé; place in blender with daiquiri mix and lime juice; blend until smooth.
    3. Pour mixture into champagne or martini glasses; garnish with strawberries and lime wheels.
    Note: For an adult beverage, replace non-alcoholic sparkling rosé with equal amount rosé wine.
