Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag fresh vegetable medley (carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt

Steps

    1. Combine vegetables and water in microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until carrots begin to soften. Drain.
    2. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place butter in pan, then add vegetables and seasoned salt; cook and stir 3–5 minutes until desired tenderness. Serve.
