Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz vanilla vodka
  • ½ oz triple sec
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz orange soda
  • 1 oz half-and-half
  • ¼ cup orange sherbet
  • Orange twist (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add all ingredients (except garnish).
    2. Shake vigorously until sherbet is blended; strain into a chilled martini glass.
    3. Garnish with orange twist, if desired.

Other Preparation Methods

    Make it old school.
    Combine vodka, triple sec, and 2 oz orange soda in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake to create fizz; strain into a martini glass and top with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.


    Make an orange margarita.
    Place 1 ½ oz tequila, 2 oz sour mix, and 2 oz orange soda in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well; strain into a salt-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.
