Tropical Razzleberry Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon, for juice
  • 6 oz fresh raspberries
  • ⅓ cup frozen pineapples chunks
  • ⅓ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon chili-lime seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps

    1. Peel ginger. Juice lemon (2 tablespoons).
    2. Place in blender: ginger, lemon juice, raspberries, pineapple, mango, agave nectar, coconut milk, seasoning, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, pour into glasses, and serve.
    Chef's Tip: Moisten rims of serving glasses and dip into chili-lime seasoning for extra zip.
