Ingredients
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1 lemon, for juice
- 6 oz fresh raspberries
- ⅓ cup frozen pineapples chunks
- ⅓ cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon chili-lime seasoning
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
- Peel ginger. Juice lemon (2 tablespoons).
- Place in blender: ginger, lemon juice, raspberries, pineapple, mango, agave nectar, coconut milk, seasoning, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, pour into glasses, and serve.
