Ingredients
- 3 limes, for zest/juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 papaya (about 1 lb)
- 2–3 mangos (about 1 lb)
- 2 lb fresh tropical fruit salad (pineapples, strawberries, and kiwifruit)
- 3 tablespoons honey
Steps
- Zest limes (1 teaspoon), then juice (3 tablespoons). Chop mint. Cut papaya in half lengthwise; discard seeds and scoop out flesh. Cut mango sides away from pits and scoop out flesh. Chop papaya and mangos into 1-inch chunks. Halve strawberries if desired.
- Combine honey, lime zest, and lime juice in small bowl until blended. Place fruit salad, papayas, mangos, and mint in serving bowl.
- Pour honey mixture over fruit; toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
