Ingredients
- ⅓ cup canned crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
- ⅔ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium (1 lb) tropical fruit salad (fresh strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple)
- ¾ cup sugar-coated corn flakes cereal
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Steps
- Stir pineapple (undrained) into yogurt until blended.
- Spoon fruit into 4 dessert dishes; top with yogurt mixture
- Crumble cereal over top; sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
