Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz vodka
  • ½ oz orange liqueur
  • ½ oz cream of coconut
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 3 oz orange juice
  • Splash of cherry juice
  • Orange slice (optional for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherry (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add vodka, orange liqueur, cream of coconut, and lime, orange, and cherry juices.
    2. Shake well; pour into an ice-filled Collins glass.
    3. Garnish with orange slice and cherry, if desired.

Other Preparation Methods

      Make it blue.
      Substitute rum for the vodka and blue curaçao for the orange liqueur for a blue island drink.
