Sweet Tomato Barbecue Burgers

Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz) fresh bacon & cheddar burger patties
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices American cheese

Steps

    1. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Place burgers on grill and cover; grill 3–5 minutes on each side until 160°F.
    2. Drain tomatoes; place tomatoes, dressing, and barbecue sauce in bowl of food processor. Process 1 minute or until smooth. Spread mixture inside top halves of buns.
    3. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese, then place burgers on buns. Serve.
