Ingredients
- 1 cup mandarin oranges in light syrup
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 cups instant brown rice
Steps
- Place oranges (including liquid), water, and marmalade in medium saucepan on medium. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Stir rice into pan; cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve.
