Ingredients

  • 1 cup mandarin oranges in light syrup
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 cups instant brown rice

Steps

    1. Place oranges (including liquid), water, and marmalade in medium saucepan on medium. Cover and bring to a boil.
    2. Stir rice into pan; cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve.
