Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- 2 packages frozen homestyle meatballs (24–32 oz total)
- ½ cup molasses
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic stir-in paste
- 2 teaspoons ginger stir-in paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
- Toothpicks, for serving
Steps
- Preheat 4-quart stockpot on medium 2–3 minutes. Place water and meatballs in pan. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining ingredients (except toothpicks; do not drain pineapple); cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, 6–8 minutes until meatballs are glazed and 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
