Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) package frozen cooked meatballs
- 2 tablespoons ginger teriyaki marinade
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (10.8 oz) package frozen Asian medley (carrots, broccoli, baby corn, and sugar snap peas)
Steps
- Place meatballs in microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, then drain, if needed. Pour marinade over meatballs; mix to coat evenly.
- Preheat wok (or large sauté pan) on high 2–3 minutes. Place oil and garlic in wok. Add meatballs and cook 3–4 minutes, stirring often, or until hot.
- Meanwhile, place vegetables in same microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes (do not drain).
- Add vegetables to meatballs and cook 4–5 minutes, stirring often, or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
