Sweet and Spicy Meatball Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) package frozen cooked meatballs
  • 2 tablespoons ginger teriyaki marinade
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 (10.8 oz) package frozen Asian medley (carrots, broccoli, baby corn, and sugar snap peas)

Steps

    1. Place meatballs in microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, then drain, if needed. Pour marinade over meatballs; mix to coat evenly.
    2. Preheat wok (or large sauté pan) on high 2–3 minutes. Place oil and garlic in wok. Add meatballs and cook 3–4 minutes, stirring often, or until hot.
    3. Meanwhile, place vegetables in same microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes (do not drain).
    4. Add vegetables to meatballs and cook 4–5 minutes, stirring often, or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
