- 6 tablespoons confetti (or yellow) cake mix
- 2 tablespoons egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon rainbow sprinkles, for serving
- ¼ cup whipped topping, for serving
Steps
- Coat a 12 oz microwave-safe mug with spray. Add cake mix, egg substitute, milk, and oil to mug; beat with fork until blended.
- Microwave on HIGH 1–1 ½ minutes until center is just set and edges begin to pull away from sides of mug (microwave ovens may vary). Let stand to cool 5 minutes. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles; serve.
