Super Duper Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb lean ground beef, 7% fat
  • 1 cup frozen prediced onions
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 6 Bakery hamburger buns (regular or French)
  • 1 (8-oz) jar processed cheese sauce (1 cup)
  • 6 pickle slices

Steps

    1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper in pan (wash hands); brown 5–7 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, and until no pink remains. Meanwhile, slice buns in half, if needed.
    2. Drain ground beef and return to pan. Stir in cheese sauce; cook and stir 2–3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Place mixture on buns and top with a pickle. Serve.
