Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb lean ground beef, 7% fat
- 1 cup frozen prediced onions
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 6 Bakery hamburger buns (regular or French)
- 1 (8-oz) jar processed cheese sauce (1 cup)
- 6 pickle slices
Steps
- Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper in pan (wash hands); brown 5–7 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, and until no pink remains. Meanwhile, slice buns in half, if needed.
- Drain ground beef and return to pan. Stir in cheese sauce; cook and stir 2–3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Place mixture on buns and top with a pickle. Serve.
