Ingredients
- 4 Bakery hoagie rolls
- 1 (12-oz) can white albacore tuna in water
- ¼ cup reduced-fat salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
Steps
- Slice rolls, leaving ½-inch uncut to hold top and bottom slices together; place rolls on serving plate. Drain tuna, then place in mixing bowl with salad dressing, relish, onions, and black pepper; mix well.
- Cut tomato into 4 slices (removing core if desired), then cut slices in half. Divide spinach among bottom half of rolls; top with even amounts tuna mixture, carrots, sprouts, and tomato slices. Serve.
