Ingredients

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup grape (or cherry) tomatoes
  • 1 medium yellow squash
  • ¼ cup refrigerated ginger dressing

Steps

    1. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in salad bowl.
    2. Halve tomatoes and cut squash into ½-inch cubes. Add to bowl.
    3. Add dressing, toss, and serve.
