Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 7 mozzarella cheese sticks
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced or cut into strips
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni (or turkey) pepperoni
Steps
- Roll pizza crust into 13- x 10-inch rectangle on greased baking sheet. Arrange 2 cheese sticks on each long edge, then 1 ½ cheese sticks on shorter edges. Lift pizza crust over cheese sticks and press to seal tightly. Freeze 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425°F.
- Bake pizza crust 6 minutes. Top crust evenly with sauce, red peppers, shredded cheese, and pepperoni.
- Bake 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
