Ingredients
- 4 frozen hash brown patties
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 bagels
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
- 4 slices Deli ham
- 4 slices American cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake hash brown patties until crisp following package instructions. Meanwhile, place bacon in large, nonstick sauté pan on medium; cook 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp. Remove bacon from pan, leaving drippings in pan. Slice bagels in half horizontally, if needed, then toast.
- Coat insides of 4 (3-inch) metal rings with spray. Arrange rings in same pan; return to heat on medium. Crack 1 egg into each ring; cook 4 minutes, then remove ring. Flip eggs and cook 2 more minutes until 160°F. Remove pan from heat.
- Spread cream cheese on bottom halves of bagels. Top with hash browns, ham, eggs, bacon, and American cheese; complete sandwiches with top halves of bagels. Serve.
