Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups dark (or milk chocolate–flavored) melting wafers (about 15 oz)
- 1 (14-well) ice cube tray
- 6 large, fresh strawberries
- 1 (7 oz, 2 ct) package Bakery New York–style cheesecake
Steps
- Melt wafers following package instructions. Coat sides and bottom of each ice cube well with about 2 teaspoons chocolate, then freeze 5 minutes or until set. Chop strawberries (about ½ cup).
- Place 1 tablespoon cheesecake into each well; top cheesecake evenly with strawberries, pressing down into filling. Top each well with about 2 teaspoons more chocolate or until completely covered.
- Tap tray gently on counter to release any air. Freeze 15 minutes or until set. Tap tray on counter gently to release bonbons; serve.
