Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 cup fresh strawberries and pineapple
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups unsweetened almondmilk
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon light agave nectar (or honey)
- ½ cup fresh berries (such as blackberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- ¼ cup toasted coconut
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Steps
- Peel bananas, then cut into chunks and freeze 25 minutes (or overnight).
- Cut strawberries and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Place in blender: frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, almondmilk, salt, and agave; blend until smooth.
- Divide smoothie between serving bowls; top with even amounts strawberries and pineapple, toasted coconut, and chia seeds. Serve.
