Strawberry-Banana Rainbow Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries and pineapple
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened almondmilk
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon light agave nectar (or honey)
  • ½ cup fresh berries (such as blackberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Steps

    1. Peel bananas, then cut into chunks and freeze 25 minutes (or overnight).
    2. Cut strawberries and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Place in blender: frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, almondmilk, salt, and agave; blend until smooth.
    3. Divide smoothie between serving bowls; top with even amounts strawberries and pineapple, toasted coconut, and chia seeds. Serve.
