Sriracha-Lime Grilled Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients

  • 4 (¾-inch-thick) mahi-mahi fillets (1 ½ lb)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha-garlic seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 lime, for juice

Steps

    1. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Coat mahi-mahi with seasoning; brush with oil.
    2. Grill 3–4 minutes on each side until fish is 145°F and opaque. Squeeze with lime before serving.
    Always check fish for bones and cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
Other Preparation Methods
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season 1 ½ lb mahi-mahi fillets with 1 tablespoon garlic-herb seasoning, then coat with spray. Place on baking sheet; bake 8–10 minutes until 145°F and opaque. Combine 2 tablespoons unsalted butter with 1 teaspoon Italian herb paste; top fish with mixture.
    • Broil: Brush 1 ½ lb mahi-mahi fillets lightly with olive oil, season with 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning. Place fish on baking sheet; broil 5–6 minutes until 145°F and opaque.
