Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 lb)
- 2 teaspoons Montreal chicken seasoning
- ½ cup mango (or traditional) salsa
- 1 (2 ct, 8.8 oz) package cooked yellow rice (optional for serving)
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Combine Worcestershire sauce, oil, ketchup, and sriracha sauce. Coat chicken with seasoning (wash hands).
- Place chicken on grill. Grill 5–7 minutes on each side until chicken is grill-marked and 165°F (brush with sauce during last minute of grill time). Serve chicken with salsa and rice, if using.
