Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz) bag asparagus tips, coarsely chopped
- 1 shallot, coarsely chopped
- 1 bag butter lettuce blend (5–6 oz)
- ⅓ cup creamy dill cucumber dressing
- 1 cup orange (or citrus) segments, drained
- 1 (4-oz) container crumbled feta cheese
- 1 (3.5-oz) package cranberry walnut topping
Steps
- Chop asparagus and shallot. Toss salad greens with dressing until coated; arrange in single layer on serving platter.
- Place remaining ingredients in rows on top of salad. Serve immediately.
