Spinach-Tomato Sauté

Ingredients

  • 1 can cooking spray
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • minced garlic milder diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 1 bag fresh spinach (9–10 oz)

Steps

    1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Drain tomatoes and green chilies and olives. Remove pan from heat and coat with spray. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute until fragrant.
    2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and spinach begins to wilt. Serve.
