Spinach and Blue Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • ⅓ cup frozen creamed spinach
  • 1 (11 oz) can French bread dough
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat baking sheet with spray. Microwave spinach on HIGH 2–3 minutes to thaw.
    2. Remove dough from can and cut lengthwise three-fourths of the way through, leaving one-fourth uncut. Spread spinach and cheese evenly into dough opening; seal by pinching edges together; place loaf seam-side down on baking sheet.
    3. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve.
