Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon shallot
- 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper
- 1 lime, for juice
- 2 teaspoons sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Steps
- Rinse capers, pat dry and mince. Chop cilantro. Fine dice shallot; mince chipotle pepper. Squeeze lime for juice (1 tablespoon).
- Combine in small bowl: capers, cilantro, shallot, chipotle, lime juice, sweet relish, anchovy paste, and mayonnaise until blended. Chill until ready for service.
