Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup walnut halves
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Steps
- Combine honey, oil, and water in large, nonstick sauté pan over medium. Add nuts; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with sugar, salt, cumin, coriander, and cayenne. Cook 2–3 minutes, tossing and stirring frequently, or until the nuts are well coated and lightly browned. Transfer to a baking sheet to cool completely before serving.
