Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 matzo crackers
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Steps

    1. Peel eggs and slice. Toast pine nuts, if desired.
    2. Divide eggs, green onions, feta, and pine nuts among matzo crackers, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt. Serve.
