Ingredients
- ½ cup mirin (or seasoned rice vinegar)
- ½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
Steps
- Combine mirin and soy sauce in small bowl.
- Peel eggs, if needed, and stir into soy sauce mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour (or up to 4 hours) until desired flavor and color are achieved. Drain and serve.
