Ingredients
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 2 limes, for zest/juice
- ½ chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- ½ teaspoon McCormick Gourmet Organic Smoked Paprika
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon sazón seasoning
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven broiler to high; place oven rack at top of oven. Line baking sheet with foil; arrange jalapeños on sheet. Broil peppers 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until skin is completely blistered. Remove from oven and cover until cool.
- Peel blackened skin from peppers and dice, removing seeds. Zest limes (2 teaspoons) and juice 1 (2 teaspoons). Mince chipotle pepper (2 teaspoons). Combine in small bowl: jalapeños, lime zest and juice, chipotle peppers, paprika, sour cream, sazón, salt, and pepper until blended. Chill until ready to serve.
