Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- ¼ cup julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 4 oz cucumber yogurt dip (about ½ cup)
- 24 Mediterranean-flavored crackers (about 4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, optional for garnish
Steps
- Chop salmon and tomatoes, then combine with cucumber dip. Chill salmon mixture until ready to serve.
- Spoon small amounts salmon mixture onto crackers; garnish with dill if desired. Serve.
